Terms of use

By installing IPTV Prime you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

What this app is

IPTV Prime is a player. It ships with no channels, no films and no programme guide, and no such content is sold through it. Everything you see in the app comes from a service you supply and hold an account with.

What you are responsible for

You must have the right to watch what you play through the app. Do not use it to access services or content you are not entitled to, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.

You are responsible for your provider, your agreement with them and anything their service does. We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for any provider's catalogue.

Your licence

You may install and use the app on the devices your App Store or Google Play account allows, for your own personal use. You may not resell it, rent it out, or take it apart — except where the law where you live says you may despite this clause.

Free and Pro

The free version keeps one playlist, syncs when you ask it to, and stores a day of programme guide. Pro removes those limits.

Where a free trial is offered it is available once per store account. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you cancel it where you bought it — in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, not here. The lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.

Refunds

Purchases are made from Apple or Google, so refunds are theirs to give under their own rules. We cannot refund a purchase we did not take.

Availability

Providers change their servers, their formats and their catalogues, and sometimes disappear. We cannot promise that any particular service, channel or title will keep working, and a provider's failure is not a fault in the app.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes, and the law that applies

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it. They are governed by the law of Thailand, without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.

Other people's work

The app plays video with VLCKit, published by VideoLAN under the LGPL v2.1; the licence and the source are listed inside the app. Where online subtitles are used they come from OpenSubtitles, and film and episode descriptions from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
